Somalia falls under the Polish Embassy in Nairobi. That post also serves Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Uganda. The appointment at the consular section is arranged by email, and documents can be submitted in person or by post. The consul issues the certificate without delay, at the latest within three days of the application.

For Kenya, Madagascar and Mauritius the embassy lists local transport permits and other certificates.
