Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data we receive, for what purpose, to whom we pass it, how long we keep it and what rights you have, in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Representative in the European Union

What data we receive and why
Through the form we receive your name, your phone number or messaging app contact, the country and city, information on what needs to be transported (body or ashes) and your comment. By phone and in messaging apps we receive the data you give us in conversation.
We use this data only to reply to you, give you a price and organise the service you ask for. We do not sell it. Campaign markers from the link (for example gclid or utm) sent with your enquiry are used only to see which advertisement brought it.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
You may withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
Phone and messaging apps
You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. These apps belong to other companies, which process data according to their own privacy policies. We use conversations only in your matter, for the same purposes as the form data.
If you do not want to use a messaging app, you can call or send the form.
Who we pass data to
We pass data on only to the extent needed for the service you ask for. Categories of recipients: We share data only with those without whom your case cannot be handled: the authorities and consulates that issue documents in your case; the carriers and funeral homes with which we organise this particular transport (we do not name partners); and the hosting company Hostsila (HOSTPRO LAB LLC), on whose server we store enquiries. Google receives only technical visit data, and only if you consent to analytics or advertising cookies. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers of data to other countries
Bringing a deceased person home involves more than one country, so some data may be transferred outside Poland, including outside the European Economic Area, only to the extent needed for the service you ask for. We store enquiries on a server in Ukraine (Kyiv). Data goes abroad only to the authorities, consulates and carriers of the country from or to which the transport takes place, and only for that case. Google LLC (USA) receives data only after you consent to cookies. If you write to us yourself via WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram, the correspondence passes through those services' servers under their rules.
How long we keep data
Retention period: We keep enquiry data for 3 years.. After that period the data is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, the Polish data protection authority).
Response time (1 month)
We respond to your request concerning personal data within one month of receiving it (Article 12(3) GDPR).
Health data
Through this site we do not collect the cause of death or medical data. Please do not give them in the form or in messages. If medical information is needed for documents (for example a certificate excluding an infectious disease), we will ask for it separately and only with your explicit consent.
