Procedure
Ireland is not a party to the Strasbourg Agreement on the Transfer of Corpses (1973), so the national rules of Ireland apply, together with the requirements of the consulate of the Republic of Moldova. As a rule, the mortuary passport is then issued by an embassy or consulate of the Republic of Moldova.
