Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we receive, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are, in line with Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova.

Representative in the Republic of Moldova
Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, in force since 23.08.2026, provides that a controller based abroad that offers services to people in the Republic of Moldova appoints a representative in Moldova in writing, with some exceptions set out in the law. The representative's details are shown above.
What data we receive and why
Through the form we receive your name, your phone number or messenger contact, the country and city, what needs to be transported (body or ashes) and your comment. By phone and in messengers we receive the data you share with us in the conversation.
We use this data only to reply to you, quote the price and arrange the service you ask for. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form, and in order to act on your request: to reply to you before we agree on the service and to provide it afterwards.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Calls and messengers
You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. These apps belong to other companies, which process data under their own privacy policies. We use the conversations only for your request, for the same purposes as the data from the form.
If you prefer not to use a messenger, you can call us or send the form.
Who we share data with
We share data only as far as is necessary for the service you ask for. Categories of recipients: public authorities and consulates that prepare the documents in your case; carriers and funeral services with which we organise your particular transport; the hosting provider Hostsila (HOSTPRO LAB LLC), on whose server requests are stored; Google, only for technical data about the visit and only if you have accepted analytics or advertising cookies. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers to other countries
Repatriation involves more than one country, so data is transferred outside the Republic of Moldova, only as far as is necessary for the service you ask for. Requests from the form are stored on a server in Ukraine (Kyiv), so form data leaves the Republic of Moldova. Beyond that server, data is passed only to the authorities, consulates and carriers of the country from or to which we transport, and only for your case. If you have accepted analytics or advertising cookies, technical data about the visit is processed by Google LLC (USA). If you write to us on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram, the conversation passes through those services' servers under their own rules.
How long we keep data
Retention period: 3 years. After this period, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
Response time (1 month)
We reply to your request about your personal data within one month of receiving it.
Health data
We do not collect the cause of death or any medical data through this site. Please do not include them in the form or in messages. If medical information is needed for the documents, we will ask for it separately and only with your explicit consent.
