You contact us
Call, write in a messenger or send the form. Tell us the country, the city and whether you need to bring home the body or the ashes. We will quote the price once we know the details.
We check the documents
We tell you which documents are needed in that country and for the Moldovan side, and who issues each one. Where needed, we arrange translations and apostilles.
Permits and preparation
Together with the local funeral service, we arrange the permits, the preparation of the body and a coffin that meets the rules, and the mortuary passport where it applies.
The journey
The remains travel by air or by road; we agree the mode of transport and the handover point with you. We keep you informed and confirm the timeline once we have the documents.
Reception in Moldova
On arrival, the coffin or urn is handed over to the family at the place agreed in advance. If you wish, we also arrange the funeral.
