Grenada: the Polish Embassy in Caracas is competent

Grenada is covered by the Polish Embassy in Caracas, which also serves Barbados, Dominica, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela. The appointment is arranged by email. The embassy's page requires a copy of the death record with an apostille, and for an urn also a cremation certificate and a funeral home statement that the ashes are in a sealed container.
