Dominican Republic: everything through the embassy in Panama

Matters of the Dominican Republic are handled by the Polish Embassy in Panama. Its district also covers Belize, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador. The visit is arranged by email with the consulate, and documents are submitted in person or by post.

The Panama procedure provides that, besides the permit and the death document, the consul will indicate other documents required in the host state, depending on the country and the circumstances of death. For the Dominican Republic this means the list of papers is set individually, so we do not promise it in advance. We organise contact with the consulate, collection of documents on the Dominican side, cooperation with a local funeral home and the transport of the body or urn to Poland.
