Get in touch
If it is hard for you to talk, write to us instead. Photos of documents or of an insurance policy are welcome: we look at them and call you back. We speak Ukrainian, English, Polish and German. The first phone consultation is free.
What to tell us when you call
You do not need to prepare anything in advance. But if you know these things, tell us, and we will give you the exact price faster:
- the country and the city where the death occurred;
- where the body is now: a hospital, a morgue or another place;
- which documents you already have;
- whether there was an insurance policy;
- which town in Ukraine to bring the deceased to.
Do not know half of this? That is all right, we sort it out together, and one coordinator stays with your case from the first call. The first hours are described on the page What to do if a loved one dies abroad.
For hospitals, morgues and funeral homes
When a family has chosen XREQUIEM to bring the deceased home, call the same number or write in a messenger at any hour. We handle the Ukrainian consular documents and the Ukrainian border.
Funeral homes and insurers who want to refer cases to us will find the countries, answers to common questions and a form on the page For partners.
